Purity was unaware of where she was as her head hurt and her hands bound behind her back. Even as she opened her eyes, she could not see clearly, because she was blank out for so long.
She had no concept of the time of the day or how long she long she had been kept hostage in this room. She did not even know who kept her hostage. One moment she was hugging her daughter and then she had felt a hard blow on the side of her head.
Now that her eyes were open wide, she could see nothing as the place was too dark.
