Astra’s POV The palace was glowing with decorations and torchlights while servants rushed around preparing for the ceremony. Music floated through parts of the halls because some nobles had already arrived early to celebrate. Meanwhile, Kaelith looked miserable. I found him alone in one of the smaller meeting rooms near with papers spread everywhere around him. He looked exhausted, frustrated and tense all at once. Perfect timing.
