I’ve only ever been to the big apple once before in my life. It was Sienna and I’s fourteenth birthday and our aunt came a few days earlier and surprised us with a trip to New York for our birthday present. Mom, as usual, was reluctant to let us go. Her sister, Aunt Chessy was known for being a bit on the wild side which is exactly why I needed to go. Eventually, it took a PowerPoint presentation (curtsey of my twin sister) and a lot of begging (curtsey of me) and mom finally said yes. The trip was one to be remembered: we did what every other tourist would do. We rode on a high-top bus all around Manhattan.
