It’s now 9:40pm and Ezio is still having meetings with loads of different clients. I can see them enter the premises when I went for a swim because the large glass windows looks out onto the side of the house.
The driveway leads round from the side to the front door and so far I’ve counted three separate vehicles that have driven past. I have been in the pool for an hour and half so he’s clearly cutting his meetings to 30 minutes a time. It was worrying to see how many clients he had. I can’t help but wonder how many of them have their own little army hidden away somewhere in Sicily and whether they would come to Ezio’s aid if Michele decided to attack. I was worried for Michele’s men’s sake because I have grown to respect each and every one of them and as much as I am hurting
