Though she was trembling inside as if it was her first audition, Miranda was determined not to let Mario’s presence in the theatre bother her. Unfortunately, all her resolve seemed to vanish the moment she stepped to the stage and her eyes accidentally caught his gaze. He sat in the front row, arms crossed, an impassive look on his face.
