Victor raised his arm as a signal for Perry and Gian to stop. Then he turned and looked at Snake, and said grimly, "I suggest you stay out of it."
Snake recognized that the two men who beat his people were Melton's friends who had been with him in Green Apple Bar. His eyes drifted around the crowd, relieved when he didn’t see the familiar figure.
