Winter thought he could stay that way, sleeping by Riley’s side, holding her hand as he waited for her to wake up but his rut wasn’t over, and though he was trying his best to stay collected with Riley’s scent slowly taking over the entire room that only ever smelled like dust, he knew there would be a limit to his control. Winter was still battling with his desires when he fell asleep by Riley’s side, and he wished it had stayed that way since it would keep his desires in check but Kyle walked in looking slightly pale. ‘Maybe he’s still just recovering from the aftermath of the attack’ Winter thought until he sneezed. Winter didn’t know what that meant for a dragon since he’s never sneezed before.
