Winter didn’t expect Kyle not to last the night before his next morphing phase which include total transformation, awakening and molting. He thought he could at least let him have a proper rest and wake him up in the morning so he could lead him back to the cave to complete the process but he didn’t have to wait since his fluctuating power and palpitating heart had him rushing off from bed which turns out not to be his. He must have crawled his way to Riley’s bed late at night after getting back from his home in the human world since he needed some air, a place where he could free himself from thoughts of Riley. Winter wanted to sort out his intensifying messy thoughts that kept leaving him restless…now he’s left with more questions.
