Alpha's Queen - Chapter Eleven

~HER SIDE~

“yeah well, i got out of home because i had a fight with someone, and since i didnt want to be alone i called you to come with me, didnt really plan this through!”

“oh…but you always said swimsuits was the same as underwear, so why dont you just take off the dress?” was her answer with a mischievous smile then she started to whisper “besides, theres a guy ver there that hasnt taken His eyes off of you!” and she ran off to Play with everyone else in the water. By the time she was gone i was bright red and when i looked over to where she pointed out i saw Viktor looking at me, and sudenly i just looked away so fast i thought i could have hurt myself, for a moment, by the look on His face i even thought that he had heard what Gabby said to me.

After i stopped looking his way i just whispered to myself “even if i had brought my swimsuit, i couldnt just take off the dress, dont want to see the look on your faces if you saw my scars, Gabby, im sorry”

I took from my bag a notebook and a pencil and i started drawing, just like i do when i go to the cliff alone at night, but instead of drawing what came to my mind, this time i found myself drawing what i was seeing, my friends playing around in the water, a beach full of people, and a guy that looked hot as hell that couldnt stop grinning and i could feel his gaze on me…

After a while i looked i saw everyone coming over to our place and i looked over at my phone to see the time, two hours, i spent two freaking hours drawing what i was seeing, it got my mouth hanging.

“OMG, OMG, WOW!!!” i heard Gabriella shout behind me

“what?!” i turned alarmed thinking something was wrong, by the time i looked over at her so was everyone else at the beach, and all attention was on us

“YOUR DRAWING IS SO FREAKING PERFECT!!” she kept yelling like her life depended on it

“oh, its nothing much really” i shrugged

“nothing much?! Its freaking amazing, you were able to draw eveyone so perfectly, the four of us in the water, the kids playing around and even everyone else!” Marie said with her shy low voice and her eyes wide as if she had seen some god .

When i looked around everyone was looking at us, and i saw Viktor, James and Ashley who used to be his girlfriend in highschool, which i asumed she still was, coming over

“is everything okay?” James asked concerned

“yeah, they are just stressing over nothing!” i answered, when i was finished Gabby had already taken my notebook from my hands

“nothing?! Just look at this perfect drawing!” she said to them

“wow” “amazing” they said

“you are really good at drawing” i heard Ashley say to me

“oh, thank you” i answered her shyly while blushing

Sudenly i felt arms wrap around me and saw Gabby hugging me from behind “you are amazing Su!! How come you can do everything so perfectly? Im jealous!”

“ahaha”  just laughed at her and once she was away from me again i said in a low voice “and i am jealous of you all”

When i rose my head i felt Viktor look at me and his eyes had something i thought it was longing and worry as if he had heard me. It got me wondering why would he be looking at me like that.

~HIS SIDE~

I saw he drawing and damn, my mate was perfect in everything, her friends were right, and my wolf was so dam proud our mate was so great but i heard her whisper and the sadness in her voice made me and my wolf restless, the thought of her suffering and i couldnt help her got the better of me and before i knew it our eyes were locked together and her beautiful black eyes went wide as if she knew i heard her whisper, it took everything i had to look away so i wouldnt see the pain in her eyes.

“oh, right, sorry we didnt introduce ourselves… i am James, this guy’s best friend, his name is Viktor, and this perfect girl next to me is Ashley, my girlfriend.” I heard my beta say to the girls and my mate. He sudenly turned to my mate “hi, i believe i saw you once in highschool but i never got your name!”

“oh, hi, i am Susy, but everyone calls me Su, and this are Gabriella, Anna, Sarah and Marie” she introduced herself and her friends to us

I mind-linked James to thank him, if i was alone i didnt know what to say to them.

After a while talking we started eating with them, they had brought i few things to eat and drink, i saw my mate take out of their bags i bottle with juice

“why didnt you bring juice? Why not beer? Why not other kind of drinks? I told you to buy drinks with some alcohol” one of the girls protested, dont ask me which because i wouldnt be ableto tell you, i was too zoned out to get any of their names besides my mate’s.

“like hell i would want to drag any of you drunk out through the woods!” she answered, she was looking out for them, my wolf and i could only think of how she was so suitable to be a perfect Luna one day…

“lets play truth or dare with this bottle?” she said while holding the empty bottle in the air
