- Eva’s P.O.V –
A minute later I broke the kiss and when space separated us, we looked at each other and I couldn’t help but start laughing.
“Why are you laughing?” Jayden asked and I slowly started calming down looking at him again.
“I saw you again after six years and we’re already kissing like I was with you yesterday,” I said my laugh completely gone.
“What do you mean?” he leaned on the back of the sofa.
“It means things changed since then and I don’t want this to confuse you or me in any way,” I started.
“Jayden, the person who left six years ago is not the same person sitting in front of you. Actually, this time, I’m the one who doesn’t want to be in a relationship, not yet at least. So, if anything happened between us, I just wanted you to know where I stand,” I continued.
