It’s been a week since Eva and I spoke and whenever I try to, she ignores me or walks in the opposite direction.
I was on my way up to my office and spotted her coming down. She saw me but she kept walking past me.
“Eva,” I said but she ignored me once again and kept going.
I clenched my jaw but continued my way to my office.
I tried to focus the entire day but I failed miserably. For God’s sake, I never felt this guilty in my life.
And I’m trying so hard to but nothing is working.
I’ve been sitting in my seat for a while now and did nothing. I had plenty of documents piled up over my desk but haven’t touched any of them.
