Kinabukasan naging abala ang buong kastilyo dahil sa magaganap na Medical Mission na hatid ng Sparrow Hawk International Airport.

Rebeeca is helping Sophia and Kath in packing some goods, while Nathan and Creedo are busy transferring and putting medicines, needles and other stuff on the cars parked at the porch.

Austin was busy and engrossed in giving instructions to someone over the phone.

And Lily is in the kitchen, busy making her coffee. She was wearing a simple dress with her silky hair hanging loosely.

She's stirring her coffee, when someone hugged her from behind.

"Bebé te extraño (Baby, I miss you)," sabi ng isang baritonong boses na kilalang-kilala niya. Nakangiti ito habang sinasamyo ang halimuyak ng kanyang buhok.

She smile instantly as she recognized his scent.... Titus!

"Titus ¡Qué bueno que estás aquí! yo también te extraño {Titus Oh great you're here! I miss you too}," masayang wika niya at hinarap ito.

Si Titus ay kababata at matalik na kaibigan ni Lily. At tulad niya, isa din itong Vet, iyon nga lang mas gusto nitong mag negosyo kesa magpractice ng Vet Med.

They called each other 'baby' as their endearment.

Titus possess a very handsome face and a body that any women will lust for, madaming nagkakandarapang babae dito, pero ang hindi alam ng lahat, may malambot itong puso na tanging si Lily lang ang nakakaaalam.

Pinigot ni Lily ang ilong ni Titus at pinandilatan ito. "Why are you now? You witch!" she told him while rolling her eyes. "I'll been waiting for you to show up!"

"Sorry baby, Limuel got sick," he told her sweetly. "You know, I can't just left him, no one will look after him."

"How is he now?" she ask suddenly.

Limuel is Titus boyfriend for seven years. Kilala din ito ni Lilly, at katulad ni Titus kaibigan niya rin ito

"He's okey now. He send his regards," wika ni Titus habang nakayakap parin sa kay Lilly."

Iyon ang eksena nakita ni Francis nang pumasok siya sa kusina kasama ang kapatid na si Gwendolyn at sina Daphne at Austin.

Hindi maunawaan ni Francis kung bakit parang gusto niyang hablotin si Lilly, at ilayo sa kung sino mang yumayakap dito.

"Hon, sino iyang kayakap ni Lilly?" pabulong na tanong ni Daphne sa asawang si Austin.

"Kababata niya," pabulong ding sagot ni Austin at saka tumikhim.

Napalingon sina Lilly at Titus. Sa hiya at pagkabigla, kumalas si Lilly sa yakap ng kababata.

"Er... Good morning young master," Lilly said in uneven voice. Her face went red when she meet Francis gaze.

Samantalang nakangiti lang si Titus nang makita si Austin.

"Buen día senior Austin ¿cómo estás? {Good day, Senior Austin, how are you?}," he greeted Austin, and smile as soon as his eyes landed on Francis and Daphne.

Everyone in the castle knows Titus.

"I'm good, Titus," Austin told him "So how business?"

"Good," he said, and looked at Lilly. "Baby, I think I better go. I will fecth you later in the evening." He smiled at Lilly, and kisse her cheeks then turned to Austin with apologetic look. "I'm sorry, I didn't know you have visitors."

"It's okey, Titus, you can stay. You are always welcome here," Austin told him in a very friendly voice. "Lilly, why dont you introduce Titus to our guest."

"Baby, I want you to meet Señorita Daphne. She's young master's wife and Doctor Francis Almero and his sister Gwendolyn. They are our guests," Lilly told Titus in a matter-of-fact voice. " Ms. Daphne, Gwendolyn, Doc. Francis, I want you to meet Mr. Titus Costa, my childhood friend."

"Nice to meet you, Titus," nakangiting wika ni Daphne.

"The pleasures is mine Señorita Daphne." Titus bow his head and smiles.

Ngutmiti din si Gwendolyn sa kay Titus samantalang blankong tumango lamang si Francis.

Then, when breakfast is served, agad na umupo na silang lahat sa hapagkainan.

Austin invited Titus to joined and help him with the Medical Mission if he wish.

"I would love to, but I have important things to settled. I just dropped by to say hello to Lilian. I've been missing her for months."

"Oh really? Miss me?" Lilly glared at him. "You missed me or you misses my cookies!" Lilly laugh softly.

"Nope, I miss your kisses Baby, not your cookies." Titus told her with a naughty smile on his face.

Lilly mouthed later to Titus, then winked sexily nagpapa-ehem na lang tuloy si Daphne samantalang medyo hindi naman maipinta ang mukha ni Francis.

"Hmm... This is delicious," malagkit na sabi ni Titus, at sinuboan si Lilly ng kapirasong Spanish omelette.

Napangiti si Gwendolyn habang pinagmamasdan ang reaksiyon ng kanyang kapatid tuwing sinusuboan ng lalaki si Lilly.

She can see jealousy in his eyes, and anger.

"Hmm, Lilly, pwede samahan mo si Nathan na tumulong sa Medical Mission na gagawin. I need Gwendolyn here saka Sophia and Kath will accompanied Rebecca to France. Iyan kung okay lang sa 'yo," malambing na wika ni Daphne.

"Sure, Ms. Daphne," Lilly smiled, and whispers something to Titus, na ikinangisi ng lalaki.

Pasimpleng nagkatinginan si Daphne at Gwendolyn na parehong nakakunot ang mga kilay.

Pagkatapos nilang kumain ng agahan ay agad silang nagtungo sa Venue kung saan idadaos ang Medical Misson.

Magkasama sa kotse si Francis at Lilly.

On their way, Lilly noticed that Francis was silent.

"Is something wrong?" she asks, but he just shrugged his shoulder and closes his eyes.

Gusto pa sanang kausapin ni Lily ang binata pero naduwag siya bigla

She can't help but to wonder kung bakit naging snob ito bigla, samantalang wala naman siyang ginawang masama. At nang dumating na sila sa venue ay agad itong bumaba.

Nakaayos na ng lahat sa venue, nailagay na din ni Nathan at Creedo ang mga dala-dala nila. May kanya-kanyang table ang mga doctor.

There are twenty doctors composed of four (4) pedias, five (5) general pratice, three (3) dentist and three (3) nuerologist, may thirty (30) nurses ding nakaalalay sa mga pasyente.

Lilly was tasked to take care of the doctor's food and beverages. Naging busy ang lahat at madami ang mga pasyente.

Lunch time came, at isa-isa ibinigay ni Lilly ang pagkain ng mga doctor.

Nagpasalamat ang lahat ng doctor sa kanya maliban kay Francis na hindi man lang siya kinakausap mula ng umalis sila ng kastilyo. Ni hindi siya nito tinaponan ng tingin nang ibinigay niya ng food nito. Mabuti na lang ay busy si Nathan sa pagbibigay ng mga pagkain sa mga pasyente na nandoon. Hindi nito napansin ang pagkunot ng kilay niya

"What's wrong?"Nathan asked her nang mapansin ang paghaba ng nguso niya.

"Wala... akin na nga ang mga iyan, at nang tulongan na kitang magbigay ng pagkain. Ikaw na sa mga pasyente, ako na ang magbibigay ng food sa mga bata," wika niya sabay kuha kay Nathan ng mga pack lunches.

Lilly made herself busy by distributing foods and beverages, that she forget to set aside for herself kaya naubosan siya.

Biglang kumalam ang kanyang tiyan. She's hungry, but she found out that's there no food left, sa dami ng pasyenteng dumating ay kinapos ang ihihanda nilang pagkain.

Naalala niyang may dala siyang cracker sa kanyang bag na nasa loob ng kotse, pwede na iyong pantawid gutom sabi niya sa sarili. Kaya nagpasiya siyang puntahan ang kotse.

She open the car's door sa may back seat ng car, saka umupo. Mabilis na kinuha ang kanyang bag para kunin ang crackers na nandoon. She was about to take a bite when the door of car suddenly opens.

"Here eat this," seryosong wika ni Francis habang ibinigay ang styro sa kanya.

"Pero pagkain mo ito!"

"Yes, but what's mine is yours, saka mas kailangan mong kumain," he told her as he grabbed the cracker from her hands and munch it.

Napanganga si Lilly nang biglang umupo na din si Francis sa kanyang tabi, at binuksan nito ang styro na may lamang pagkain.

"Come on, open your mouth," he said as he scoops her some spoonful of food then feed her. "Eat up, My Queen or I will kiss you here and now," he said as he looked at her intensely.

Napalunok si Lilly ng wala sa oras, at nagugulohan sa loob-loob niya.

Kanina lang hindi ito namamansin tapos ngayon sinusuboan siya nito na para siyang napakahalaga!

"Don't look at me like that, My Queen," he twisted his lips and smirked.

Lilly finish her food in no time. At pano hindi, eh panay ang subo ni Francis sa kanya.

She can't believe how bipolar he was. But he's sweet at the same time..

Her heart can't help but to beat fast as she look at him.

And Francis is looking at her like she is the most beautiful thing in his eyes.
