Isolde had only met Leslie once before, back at Juliet' birthday party.
The present Leslie gave had been so unique and thoughtful that Isolde still remembered it clearly.
She'd been out of the country for the past month and hadn't expected her daughter to suddenly become so close with Leslie. Every time Juliet mentioned her now, her eyes practically lit up-totally smitten.
"Alright, slow down, little monkey. If she came with Broderick, don't go sticking yourself in the middle like a third wheel," Isolde teased.
Juliet pouted, her enthusiasm instantly deflating.
Just then, a glance from Cedric landed on her. She glared fiercely back-what're you staring at?
Cedric looked away, amused, a smirk tugging at his lips.
Vivian quickly turned to Elaine, polite but a bit stiff.
