The moment Grace mentioned her, Mrs. Brooks, Helen Fairchild, frowned. "Why are you hanging out with Leslie again? Be careful she doesn't drag you down with her. That girl's clueless and way too spoiled."
Grace was clearly annoyed. "Mom, come on. No matter what, she saved your daughter-me. The Fields family already showed their appreciation, and we haven't even said thank you yet. That's embarrassing enough. Now you're badmouthing her? That's not cool."

"Yeah. We were at this dinner event, and on the way back, we ran into some creeps. Leslie scared them off."
