Cole: ”When can you show me your development workshop?“ Leila: ”Anytime. I always trust you.“ Can I see it today?” Leila: “Would you like to pick me up? I'm still at home. Oh, and today we're launching our first advertisement under the company name.” Cole: “I can't wait.” Shortly afterwards, they arrive at a new office tower and Cole asks, “How many companies work here?” Leila laughs loudly, “This is my house. Only my companies are in here.” Cole: “Really? Impressive.” Would you like to come to my office first?" Cole nods and they both stroll into the lobby. From there, they enter the special elevator reserved for the CEO, and before the doors close, Leila catches a glimpse of Peter and Nicholas. She turns to Cole: “Tell me, why do you think Nicholas and Peter are here in the lobby?” Cole shrugs, and Leila leads him past her assistant into her office. Her office is the only one on the entire floor. There is another conference room, but that is only for her meetings. There is a knock and her assistant Stan enters the office. “Good morning, ma'am, good morning, Mr. Grand.” He clears his throat and continues: “There is a Mr. Anderson downstairs at reception asking for an appointment with the CEO.” Leila asks: “Why? Isn't it normal for these appointments to be made by phone?” Stan nods, pushes up his glasses: “That's correct, but the thing is, no one knows who the CEO in question is.” Leila laughs: “Stan, please tell Mr. Anderson that the CEO is not available until after the trade show. Right now, all his energy is focused on development.” Stan nods and leaves. Shortly afterwards, he returns with two cups of coffee. He places the cups on the small table and adds sugar, sweetener, and milk. Then he reports: “Mr. Anderson is quite impatient and has given the receptionist his card and an envelope with money so that she can take a photo of the CEO.” Leila pricks up her ears: “How did the receptionist react?” Stan smiles: “She gave him back the card and the envelope and replied that she really enjoys working here and would like to continue doing so. But she will gladly pass on the message.” Leila frowns, then says: "Please make sure that the lady is monitored and that the new policy is no cell phones at work except for new company cell phones. These will be distributed tomorrow. I need someone from IT here and someone from security.“ Stan nods and sets off to efficiently take care of everything. Cole: ”Wow, but can't they also share information with company cell phones?“ Leila grins, ”I've developed software that scans all data before it leaves the company. Pictures and files have no place on a company cell phone. If someone tries to send them, they won't be sent to the specified address but will end up in a special cloud folder.“ Cole: ”Can I have something like that for my employees?“ Leila laughs: ”Sure, we can work with you on a project." Leila whispers, “I'll give you my software for free, but if my people are involved, I'll have to charge you.” Cola laughs loudly and says, “Put together a quote.” Then he leans back and watches as the security team is instructed to keep an eye on the employees and to have them hand in all cell phones when they enter the company tomorrow morning. She suggests setting up lockers and giving each employee a compartment that can be opened with a thumbprint. Then she orders new cell phones and explains that specific software needs to be installed on each of them. In addition, a record should be kept of who receives a cell phone. Non-business numbers should only be included if the employee has children or family. Everyone gets to work and Leila looks at Cole: “Do you want to see the secret?” Cole beams: “Oh yes, definitely.” Leila and he go back into the elevator and Leila holds down the ground floor button while the display shows -1 -2 -3 -4. At -4, the elevator stops and a reader appears. She places her hand on it. Then the door opens. As soon as they leave the elevator, they find themselves in a huge laboratory. Several people are running back and forth, testing drones, robots, etc. She leads Cole with her and opens another door... more security measures, and then a black room spreads out before them and a man approaches them. “Good morning, Leila,” says the soft voice. Leila smiles: “Good morning, Robert, may I introduce you to my first brother?” Robert turns to Cole: “Good afternoon, Mr. Grand, it's a special pleasure to meet you. What can I do for you?” Cole stares at Robert, then at his sister: “Is that the AI?” Leila nods. “What do you think?” Cole looks at the AI and says, “He looks so real.” Leila: “So you think it'll be a success?” Cole nods. “Absolutely.” Then he takes a deep breath: “You're going to need more bodyguards at the trade show, and how trustworthy are your people?” Leila giggles: “I'm the only one who worked on him.” Cole: “You? How long? Since when?” Leila smiles: “I started before I went to college. The first code was written in high school.” Cole: “Wow, I know you're super talented, but that's wow.” Leila smiles at Robert: "Please keep learning to recognize facial expressions. It's important to know when someone is lying. Often, the words that come out of a person's mouth are lies, and you can recognize that with so-called micro expressions.“ Robert nods: ”Very well.“ Cole asks: ”What else do you do here?“ ”Oh, research on drones, defense and security systems... stuff like that.“ After they are back in Leila's office, Cole asks: ”You keep a very low profile. How much are you worth?“ Leila laughs, takes a sip, and then says, ”Not much, maybe 50 trillion.“ Cole chokes on his coffee... ”WHAT?“ How could you keep that a secret and why didn't you ask me?”
