Nicholas sees the enthusiasm in Cole's face and asks, ”Will the work be presented at the trade show?“ Cole nods: ”And between you and me, I wouldn't believe what's going to be shown if I hadn't seen it yesterday. It's one of a kind. Oh, and I also have a contract with the company; they've taken on a special project." The phone rings and he says, “One moment, please,” gets up and picks up the receiver. “Yes?” “AHH, perfect.” “Has our security team been notified?” “Are you going to start right away?” “They should work here in my conference room. Deliver everything upstairs and I'll take a look at it right away.” With that, he hangs up. So I just signed the contract, and now a team is here to implement it. Would you like to take a look?“ Everyone nods, and Nicholas asks, ”What is this project about, if I may ask?“ Cole smiles: ”More and more information is coming out of a company via private cell phones. I've changed the policy, and all cell phones must now be handed in at reception. Instead, everyone will receive a specially prepared cell phone. All outgoing data will be monitored and, if it contains company material, sent to a specially secured cloud instead of the recipient. These files will be marked so that it is clear which cell phone sent the data. Special private numbers, such as those of children, spouses, and parents, will be entered into the owners' cell phones after verification." Nicholas: “Really? That sounds surreal.” Cola laughs: “The genius has already installed the software on the cell phones. Shall we?” Everyone stands up and follows Cole to the conference room, where the head of IT comes up to him beaming: “What a masterpiece. Can I meet the genius?” Cole laughs.

After the meeting, back in the office, Peter says, “Impressive.” Nicholas nods. However, they did not get Cole to tell them who the CEO was. “We absolutely have to sit in the front row at the trade show. Peter, you take care of that.” Peter nods and gets to work.

There is a knock at the door and the secretary announces visitors. Nicholas nods and Nicole and Serena enter. Nicholas stands up and explains,

“Nicole, I don't care what you want—Serena is not welcome here. I have to put up with you because you're family, but she's not.” Serena looks at him with wide eyes, but Nicholas remains cold: “GET OUT!” Serena runs out sobbing. Nicholas turns to his sister, "You know the rule: if you break it, you can work for yourself. That might not be such a bad thing.“ Nicole shakes her head; ”Nicholas, I'd really like to go to this special show, but I haven't received any invitations. And I can't afford a ticket. Can you please help me?“ Nicholas asks, ”What show is it?" as Nicole presses a flyer into his hand. He looks at the flyer and realizes that it's for an exclusive event where a renowned company is exhibiting its latest creations. Even royalty from around the world is expected to attend. He turns the flyer over and his gaze is drawn to one of the sponsors listed there: “Future.” He hands the flyer to Peter and taps his finger on the sponsor. “How many tickets do you need?” Nicole beams, “Three, Mom, Serena, and me.” Nicholas explains, “I'll see what I can do, but I'm not getting a ticket for Serena.” Nicole wants to say something, but after glancing at her brother, she lets it go. “Thanks, you're the best.” When she's outside, Nicholas and Peter exchange glances and Nicholas explains clearly, “The tickets are enough for us.” Peter nods and goes back to work. Nicholas continues working. After another two hours, Peter returns, throws himself into one of the armchairs and explains, “Apparently, you have to specify where you work. Our company isn't getting any tickets.” Nicholas looks surprised: “What? Why not?” “It seems our company has been blocked.” Nicholas grabs his phone and calls a friend: “Hey, did you get invitation tickets for that jewelry event?” “Ahh, can you bring someone with you?” “Really?” “Hmm, I have this little villa in the Maldives.” “Wonderful.” As soon as he hangs up, he explains, “We're both getting in. He and a friend of his have invitations with a plus one. We're the plus ones.”

Leila

Preparations are in full swing. Not only is the jewelry event this weekend, but the trade fair is also starting next week. But Leila loves being back in the thick of things. Still, she doesn't skip any training sessions. Instead, she trains earlier and then goes to the office. When she arrives at the office, she immediately calls Stan over. He appears immediately with a large, hot cup of coffee and sweetener. Konrad and Cole have also asked him to make sure their princess eats. Unfortunately, she often gets so absorbed in her work that she completely forgets to eat. “Good morning, Stan,” she says after a sip of coffee. "Of course, the jewelry fair is this weekend, but I've been thinking about designing the models' dresses to match the jewelry. They should serve as a complement.“ She spreads out a few of the designs and Stan looks at them. ”Leila, that's more appropriate than what we have now. But will we be able to produce them this week?" Leila thinks for a moment, then picks up the phone and calls a designer friend. He promises to come by today with his entire studio, fabrics, etc. She confirms that if he likes the work, she would like to hire him and his entire team for the whole week. She beams at Sam. “That worked out wonderfully. Now we just have to see if he thinks the designs are worth it.” Stan shakes his head; "Leila, I have no concerns whatsoever. Everything you've started so far seems to be working wonderfully. Oh, before I forget—Cole is asking you to call him back.“ Leila nods and picks up the phone again. ”Hey, Cole.“ ”Hey, princess. First of all, the software and cell phone thing is fantastic. My head of IT wants to meet you. He even begged me to hire you." They both laugh, then Cole continues: “Yesterday I had an appointment with Nicholas because he saw my car outside your office. He asked me if I knew who the CEO was. No, I didn't give anything away, but I proudly admitted that of course I know who the CEO is.”
