Edith´s birthday was today. She had been excited about tonight. Bon sent her a flower bouquet, I guess he's really interested in her. I am happy for Edith, she is such a sweetheart and a great gal, that she deserves every bit of happiness coming her way.
Sophie, Sonia and I got together to buy her a jewelry set. I bought the earrings and Sophie bought the matching necklace, while Sonia purchased cake and balloons to celebrate. It was a bit expensive but she deserves it. We had the gift wrapped and the three of us went downstairs with a cake, candle and a balloon bouquet to celebrate her birthday. She was really flattered and surprised. We handed her the gift and she gasped when she saw the jewelry set.
