This morning my usual nightmare woke me up around 4am in the morning. After that I just couldn't go back to sleep. So I went downstairs and fixed a cup of tea to calm myself down. I went into the gym area and ran for a while. I decided that I would work out everytime I feel stressed, so here I am finishing a full 2 hour workout at 6am. I was exiting the gym, when Gianna was arriving. She gave me a knowing look and I shrugged my shoulders to her.
Jason said he will be picking me up at 8, if he doesn't forget about it. So I have a full day to catch up on my sightseeing.
