As soon as we arrived on Monday, I went to see Sophie from Human Resources. I needed to ask for a transfer within the office. I won't be able to do anything near Jason, and I know for a fact that my presence in his office will be a distraction. He was not happy with my decision, but I needed to keep my job in a professional environment and due to the latest events, let's say the professional part is out of the window.
Sophie and I became friends, so she asked me plainly if and I quote “Was having a fling with the Boss”, of course I denied it and just said that I wanted to have experience in marketing rather than finances. She found a perfect position for me in marketing, and I gladly signed the transfer.
