Lina's POV I didn't even bother changing clothes before driving to Adrian's company. I'd brought late dinners to Jasper during his overtime before, though those were always made by Luna Elena. I'd tried cooking myself twice, but my culinary skills were so poor that Jasper had complained. Mrs. Finch was an excellent cook. Surely Adrian wouldn't mind her cooking. Half an hour later, I entered the private elevator and input the passcode, which indeed took me straight to the executive floor. The office door was closed. I knocked twice, and a deep, cold voice responded from within: "Enter." Adrian didn't even look up, his eyes intensely focused on documents before him. This was my first time seeing Adrian in work mode. He looked so cold and serious—extraordinarily attractive.
