"What are you doing here?" I asked, my voice trembling as Adrian's strong arms wrapped around me in the emergency stairwell.
His calloused fingertips traced gentle patterns along my nape, sending electric currents down my spine. "How else would I know my Luna is so loyal to me?" he murmured against my ear, his breath hot against my skin.
