As we all sat quietly sipping our coffees, pondering what else could be done, I could not help but feel proud about our decision. It was obvious that Damien and I made the right decision in choosing Abigor and Morgan to be the next generals. They are both taking this in stride. I was glad that they were doing well. Abigor cleared his throat, drawing everyone’s attention to him, “Adding on to what Morgan suggested, we should make sure that all bunkers are equipped with beds, food and water. Stuff to keep kids entertained. We would not know how long they could be stuck down there before it is safe to come out. I would also recommend that the locking system only has a few people who can open it, just so that they stay safe until it is over.”
