Being called away from Scarlett in the middle of the night made Birsha and I very angry. Neither of us would want to leave our mate unprotected while she slumbers, which is why we called for bodyguards for her. Two of our best men. But when we woke, we somehow disturbed Scarlett from her slumber. I hated that we did. I love watching her sleep. We were surprised to hear her say that she wanted to help those in triage.
