Cyrus’ POV-
None of us had dinner this evening. Most of us were just too worried about Seraphina. So, I arranged a surprise in the palace gardens. A little picnic date. After the day we had, I just want to spend more time with Ember, completely alone. Now I know my sister is okay, I can relax and enjoy some time with Ember.
Ember and I walked hand in hand to the palace gardens. She looked nervous, but happy. I am glad that she is happy. She deserves nothing but endless happiness. I squeezed her hand, as we entered the gardens.
“How are you feeling after today?” I asked her.
“A mixture of feelings, but I am happiest most of all,” she replied.
