I am beyond pissed it has been a week since I was last free to spend any length of time with Lilah. Every f*****g time, I think I have a moment to have free, to spend time with her. I get called to go and torture or capture more demons. I hate that I have to serve the Exorcists. Most will say I have a choice, but until I have the truth and the Exorcists either win or are all wiped out, I still have to serve them. Only to protect myself and my mate. Exorcists want to destroy all supernatural creatures, especially demons. I am half-demon, and my mate is a demon. There is no telling what plans they have for me once they win. So I have to be ready.
