Birsha’s POV-
We followed King Abaddon to the throne room. The throne room was like a great hall. It was huge. The throne was at one end, and in the center of a podium, several steps led up to the throne. Only one throne sits there right now, but a second will be placed there later for Scarlett, then eventually Damien and I. It felt weird even suggesting that. Off to one side is a huge stone table. It is where we all sit during the council meetings. The advisors that make up the council were there waiting for us. I hated that we had to leave Scarlett, but I was glad she wanted Damien and I to join her at this lake she was talking about. Scarlett surprised us all last night, so the importance of getting her demon awakened was never clearer. She needed it awakened as soon as possible. But
