Yesterday, I visited the fire pit I laid my father to rest in. All the spirits of my ancestors arrived. I was able to speak with the one who helped trap this Einar in the first place. He told me a lot about him. Some of the things I already knew. But what I didn’t know, is that Einar is descended from a god. Einar is ancient. He was born in the time when gods walked the earth. When the gods battled, Einar’s father wanted to destroy everything. The other gods protected us all. That includes my ancestor’s father, the demon god. I never imagined I was descended from a god.
