Scarlett’s POV-
Six weeks have gone past in the human world, and we are due to start university in a couple of days. It has been fifty-nine weeks in the demon world since my first council meeting. Everything was going incredibly perfectly. Damien and Birsha have been perfectly loving mates. They have been so very supportive of me, as I navigated the realm of the royal court. I have been wining and dining the council members privately, so that I can get to know them better. I wanted to learn from them. The only one I did not wine and dine was Seth. I have a fervent dislike for the man. Much to his annoyance. After my first council meeting, my father and I decided that the greed demons needed a new advisor, but at the same time, we couldn’t reveal that there was going to be a new advisor.
