In a voice like teeth grinding, it said, “No. Tee has disconnected the feed systems in the transit module. Ship telemetry shows the transit module accelerating.” Jules pressed his hands together and leaned forward. His beads clattered as if the spirits they contained were trying to speak to him. The things he needed to perform an exorcism were in that transit module, with the baggage bot. The ERL might hold the keys to explain these cross creatures. It should have a record of what happened. That could be crucial to the steps he needed to take. “Can Tee cut us out of the feed connection to the command pod?”
