I sat down on my bed after answering Jared’s call. My heavy breathing must still be noticeable because Jared asked, “Are you okay?”
Kara: “Uhm, yeah.”
Jared: “Why are you trying to catch your breath?”
Kara: “Oh. I was in a hurry to get home.”
Jared: “You shouldn’t have done that. That was dangerous. I was willing to wait up all night for you.”
Kara: “It’s fine. I’m fine. No harm, no foul.”
Jared then requested to turn the video on, which I did.
Kara: “I haven’t showered yet. I’m still in my diner uniform. Can I take them off first?”
Jared: “Go ahead.”
Kara: “Okay. I’ll turn off the vid--”
Jared: “No. I want to see you getting undressed.”
Kara: “What? No!”
Jared: “Come on, baby. I really missed you.”
I smiled and blushed before saying, “Fine.”
I mounted my phone on my side tab
