CHAPTER 21 Sadie My gaze keeps drifting downward, into the cleavage created by the robe Devon’s wearing but hasn’t secured tightly around her body. I need to focus, but it’s hard because even though we should talk, I don’t know what to say to her. I can’t define what happened last night. I don’t really know what it means. “Um,” I start. “Do I need to take you out on a proper date?” It’s only meant as a sort-of joke. “Do you want to take me out on a date?” “We can go to The Bay.
