The world seemed shaky as William's smile gave me literal chills. I jerked back and I hit Grandma's bed, the iron frame digging into my back and sending a sharp pain into my spine.
“What are you doing here?” I directed the question at Lucas who stood at the door silently. I'd given them what they wanted, why did he still come back?
Elizabeth glared at me, “Why can't we come and visit her? Do you think you're the only suitable member?”
