Day fifteen. Chen Wei stood in the training area holding a vial three times larger than previous doses. The Crimson Essence inside was darker. Almost black. It pulsed with energy that made the air itself vibrate.
Everyone gathered to watch. Elder Shen looked worried. Tang Yong had medical equipment ready. Ghost stood by with emergency protocols. Xiao Ru held Chen Wei's hand.
"Last chance to reconsider," Elder Shen said. "Triple strength has never been tested on a System bearer. You could die. Your System could fracture. You could evolve incorrectly and become something monstrous."
"Noted." Chen Wei lifted the vial. "If I die, make sure my death means something. Finish the fight. Destroy the Judgment Council. Tell them Chen Wei refused to kneel."
