THE FEST

A peon entered the class and announced.
Peon: sir. Principle sir has requested the presence of Fab 5 , Nandini and Navya.
Fab 4, Nandini and Navya stood from their places took permission from the teacher and moved towards the door just then the teacher stopped them
Teacher: wait. Everyone toook my permission except Manik so he will not leave until he takes my permission.
Manik: but i don’t think i need to take any kind of permission.
Teacher: why are you not one of the students. Or are you some sort of a VIP
manik: no actually sir you only told me to move out of the class. I guess just like 2 minutes before. So that’s what i am doing.. Lets go guys princi must be waiting for us.
Fab 5 , Nandini and Navya entered the principal office
Principle: ohh you guys came. A very good morning students
Everyone: good morning sir
Principle: i hope you are enjoying your new semester
Everyone: yes sir
Principle: but it won’t last for long. Actually there is an important news for all of you. Musical fest is going to be held in our college after 10 days and i want my best students to perform
Cabir: Sir we would have surely done it even without you asking us to.
Princi: i know Cabir. But it’s not any ordinary fest so i want you all to perform as a whole 1 group and I want both male and female leads
Manik: sir sir you just relax.I and mukti will lead. no issues.
Princi: no Manik. You and Nandini will lead this
Everyone in unison: whatt?
Princi: yes you all will combine to form one group which will be lead by Manik and Nandini as lead singers and the song and other things are upon you all
cabir: sir you don’t have to stress about it. we will give our best
Mukti: yes sir now the work is on fab 5. You dont have to worry at all
Peinci: so now you may leave but before you do that i need to tell you one more thing there will be one more band member which will be coming in a day or 2 from london and you all can practice with him too.
Everyone: OK sir
Outside the princi’s office
Cabir: And here i was thinking it is a new semester and we’ll enjoy.
Alya: cabir it’s fine
Dhruv: Whatever you guys feel but one thing i am clear about is the new collab thing.
Cabir: Oh yes.. So how are you both feeling about it? ( navya and Nandini )
Navya: i am very excited about it.
Nandini: yup I am also very excited this will be my first performance in this college
Cabir: ok ok our Nandini ma’am. I didn’t ask for an essay.
Manik: guys jokes apart we won’t decide anything like this i know so i have a solution for this
Mukti: what?
Manik: We’ll discuss it at my place away from all this disturbance because we have less time and we have to practise more
Alya: i agree
Dhruv: i am in
Cabir and mukti: we too
Now everyone looked towards Nandini and Navya
Nanya: We are in
Manik: so we can leave now. Almost all our lectures are over
Everyone: ok
All of them went towards the parking lot just then Mukti pulled Alya at a corner
Alya: mukti... What happened?
Mukti: How long do we have to do this?
Alya: what do you mean? Manik said na this fest is after 10 days
Mukti: not this Cabir and Navya. I mean we know that they like each other so they should take a step ahead right. This is not highschool.
Alya: So fast. They just became friends.
Mukti: i know but i am scared because Cabir genuinely likes her.
Alya: Mukti just relax and give them some time. To think upon their feelings. Ok now lets go
Mukti to herself: but alya i have to do something about this. I have to make them realize their feelings.
At malhotra mansion
Manik: so guys you all get seated soo. What should we do now?
Alya: firstly let’s decide the song
Manik: ok. So i think so we should perform on a song on friendship
Nandini: but it’s not friendship day. It has to be something different
Manik: yes i know that but this is fab 5′s positive point.
Nandini: it’s not only fab 5 now, me and navya are also included
Manik: so when did i say that you guys are not with us
Cabir: guys relax
After lots of discussions and fights between Manan the song got selected
Alya: guys we’ll practice from tomorrow. I am tired
Manik: ok agreed so from tomorrow onwards we’ll start our practise at sharp 9 a.m in the morning
Everyone: good
Manik: I’ll get something for us to drink
Mukti: let me help you
Manik and Mukti got drinks for fab 5 and soft drinks for navni..everyone had their drinks...
Mukti: Why isn’t something happening?
Just then nandini spoke
Nandini: Navya . My head is spinning. Its aching vey badly lets go home
Navya: ok Nandini come i’ll drop you.
Nandini got up to leave but she fell and luckily manik saved her from falling. Nandini became half unconscious
Manik: Nandini. Nandini get up.
Manik patted nandini’s cheeks
Navya: What’s wrong with her?
Cabir: Navya relax i think we should take her to the room
Manik nodded his head and took Nandini to his room. Nandini woke up with her eyes open but still her head was spinning
Nandini: God why is everything around me spinning?? Manik why are all of you rotating
Manik: nandini what happened?
Before Nandini could speak
Mukti: guys i’ll tell you.
Flashback
Mukti while getting everyone’s drink mixed alcohol in navya’s drink.
Mukti: Now how will you run away from your feelings for Cabir navya.
Flashback ends
Cabir: but why mukti?
Mukti: because i know you both like each other and i want you two to be together
Cabir: but
Manik cutt off him in between
Manik: its ok....
Alya: but nandini how did nandini have that drink?
Dhruv: i guess she must have got Navya’s glass by mistake.
Manik: Whatever happened just let it be... You guys go because we can’t send nandini home like this. She will be here until she is fine and Navya please tell her Amms that she’ll stay at your place today.
Navya: ok as you say.
With this Fab 4 and Navya left the house leaving Manik once again with a drunk Nandini
Manik to himself : Last time when she was drunk she irritated the hell out of me. I have no idea what she’ll do now. Manik you are so gone today. Oh god Mukti why did you do this??
