Chapter Twenty

I stayed outside for a little while, But when, for some reason, It started getting colder, I went back inside the house I could hear voices coming from the kitchen and the front room, So I just crept past and headed up the stairs to ''my'' bedroom.

As I walked into the room, I was in the middle of closing the door when someone slid their foot in and blocked it from shutting.

'Who's that?'

'It's me'. I rolled my eyes and just left the door how it was. No doubt he'll walk in.

'I have nothing to say to you Jack, So please leave me alone'. I wasn't in the mood to be palmed of with more of Jacky Vincent's excuses. Walking over to the bathroom, I was in the mood for a nice hot shower.

I left Jack standing in the middle of the bedroom, With a blank look on his face.

Stepping out of the shower, I sighed happily. Hot showers always felt like they washed away all my problems. Even if it was just for a little while. I wrapped a towel around my waist and headed into the bedroom, Screaming when I saw Jack sat down on my bed, Looking at me.

I could feel myself going red, As his eyes slowly looked me up and down. Suddenly, My grip on the towel tightened as If it was about to fall to the floor.. I was making sure it wouldn't... Under any circumstances.

'What the hell are you still doing in here Jack?!' I scolded him.

'We really need to talk, Please. I know I dont deserve it, But please.. 10 minutes'. I sighed and looked around the room, Looking at everything except him.

'No' I stole a peck at his face and saw how sad he looked. I stilled loved him, So seeing him looking like that, Ripped my heart into a 1000 pieces. '5 minutes, no longer. Just give me a couple of seconds to get changed please'.

'I've seen it all before'. I blushed darker.

'Shut up!!!'. He just laughed, Which made me smile like crazy. 'And no you haven't!'

'Well... Seen you in your underwear, Small difference'. I just shook my head and stuck my tongue out playfully.

'See... Isn't this better than fighting.. being like we used to be?' I stopped laughing.

'I would like to get changed please Jacks'. He nodded and stood up.

'Just come down when your ready, We'll go out somewhere.. Talk in private'.

'Ok'

And with that, He left the room and closed the door behind himself. I smiled, Just being like we used to really helped with making me feel better, but, I can't just forget about how much he.. they have hurt me. It wasn't fair at all. Well... At least im giving him a chance to explain himself properly...
