Elena’s Pov
Lucas and I walked back inside the castle and we got to the wing that separated my room from his.
“This is where I bid you farewell….” I said to him.
“I should get you safely back to your room,” he said but I shook my head as I declined the offer.
“Nah….It's fine. I would be fine on my own but will you be fine by yourself?” I asked, worried that Chole had gotten into his head.
“Hmm…Ya. It would take a lot of time but I would be fine.” his tone was firm but the look in his eyes said otherwise.
“That would be great!” I pulled him tight for a hug and he reciprocated, “Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any problems okay?”
We pulled out of the hug, he had a smirk on his face, “with pleasure, My Queen.”
