After a while, the door opened and Edzel came inside.
She was shocked because the man was already upstairs.
"Did they already leave?" She couldn't help but ask. Her heart was still pounding because she was afraid that they might think of going upstairs.
Edzel shook his head.
He walked towards her and she could see the same facial expression. He looked like his age had been doubled in just a short period of time.
"Cici, please don't get mad at me. I am sorry but I hope you understand. Just give me more time," Edzel said in a sad tone when he was already near her.
