Monika was looking at Gabriel's fated mate, Rose, widening her eyes while Gabriel, who was expecting this reaction from Monika, became anxious suddenly. He knew that it would be hard for Monika to accept that his fated mate had returned. He stood up and went near Monika.
"She is alive" Monika kept her hand over her mouth, and a tear of happiness rolled from her eyes because she knew how much Rose meant to his friend, Gabriel. Monika was happy, but Gabriel took the wrong meaning behind her tears, thinking she was feeling bad that Rose was alive, which indirectly meant the end of their relationship.
"Rose" Monika was about to go near Rose when Gabriel blocked her path confusing her with his action.
