After Aaron warned Gabriel, everyone got scared for Monika. Gabriel didn't let Monika go after Aana to check on her. He held Monika's hand and dragged her to her room forcefully while Monika was looking at Aana, worried for her.
"What was that Monika?" Gabriel shouted, startling her. She looked at him with teary eyes and then bowed her head.
"I don't know what has happened to me, Gabriel. It was like I lost my mind when I saw Aaron with Aana. I even forgot she is pregnant with his child" Monika sobbed and clutched her hair in frustration and guilt. Gabriel's eyes softened, and all his anger vanished when he saw Monika like this. It reminded me of his condition when he got the news of his mate's death.
