Monika stood up from the bench to go to her room when her eyes went to Gabriel. She blushed when she caught him staring at her, unaware he wasn't doing it but lost in thoughts of his ex-fated mate, Rose.
"Gabriel" Monika called him, bringing him back to the world.

"Why are you standing there? Come sit beside me" She offered. He nodded and sat beside her.
"What are you thinking?" She asked.
"Nothing special," he muttered. Didn't want to hurt Monika by telling her the truth that he was thinking about Rose.
