Mallory kept watch. The hellion finished eating and tossed his wooden plate on the ground at his feet. “Do I have to do everything myself?” He rose to his feet. There wasn’t time to wait. Mallory threw a fireball at the sleeping warrior, speaking softly to Danae at the same time. “Attack.” “We’re under attack.” The hellion drew his sword, taking a step towards where Danae and Mallory hid. Mallory tried not to think about the last warrior hellion who’d come close to her. She threw another fireball at the no longer sleeping warrior who reached for his sword on the ground. An arrow pierced him seconds later and he hung half out of the bed, blood forming a puddle on the ground. She turned her attention to the hellion who’d spun to face east when an arrow had struck him in the back. Ryan
