Breakfast-Chapter 2

I set down next to Emmett Bailey Crescent Moon, one of my older brothers. He was born 4 months before me. You see, werewolves are only pregnant for 5-6 months. However, Alpha pregnancies are only 3 to 4 months because of how fast we grow. So my birthday is April 4, 1995 and Emmett is January 5, 1995. Emmett is a little bit taller than me at 6'6 with our dad's dark brown hair with that tint of red when he's outside in the sun, with that perfect golden tan skin from being outside all the time, and has the same emerald green eyes as our mamma. When he smiles, it's that kind of smile that makes you smile even if your having a bad day. And I'm so glad to call him my best friend.

"Good morning Em." with a smile on my face as I piled my plate with 3 big pancakes, 3 eggs over medium, you know, with the yoke still runny. 3 pieces of bacon and maple sausage patties, and a cup of apple juice.

"Good morning piglet", Emmett said to me, as if his plate did not look the same as mine and maybe even more than mine.

"I'm okay with being a piglet Em, you know how much I love food." I responded back to him. Then I looked over to my sisters Jessica and Jane and said, "Good morning Jess and Jane, what's your plan now that you have both graduated from the academy and just finished traveling for the past year?"

Jessica and Jane are literally identical, like straight-up copies of each other. With our mom's curves and standing at 5'5 just like mom. Dad's dark brown hair and also have mom's curly hair, and dad's bright blue eyes. With a heart-shaped and innocent face. They are the perfect example of what a Luna should act like.

Jess answers with "Oh, we are going to be shadowing mom until the winter ball, and if we don't find our mates this year, then we both agreed that we would go to college to become nurses."

"I wish you both the best of luck in achieving your goals, and can i ask you some questions about the academy?" I say as I look between the two of them. "First, thanks you always seem to be our good luck charm and ya, what are your questions?" Jane asks.

"How do the different houses work? As I know, each house has Alpha, Bata, Gamma, Warriors, and omegas. But what are the four houses again?" I asked them.

"Okay, while there are actually five, the Royal Blood which has anybody that is meant to be a part of the Royals, whether it be any supernatural pack, coven, or tribe, then there are the Shadow Knights. Be careful with them. Most of the bullies are. Then there is the Moon Light, which is known for having the more sensitive members, but they are still strong but usually stick to just out smarting anybody that they can with logic. Fire Heart is known for having the best Warriors because of how hard they train. They are determined to always win and are un-reached by their unforgettable force. They have won the last 3 house tournaments, but I think that just because the Royal Alpha twins were not there yet, I believe that they will start this year with you two. Last, there is Earth Bound. They thrive in nature, and are usually really good at blending with nature. Some have even said that some of the wolves from that house can actually control one of the four elements, Fire, Earth, Water, and Wind. Also I heard there is going to be a new house for a supernatural police force." I keep having to look back and forth between Jessica and Jane. Jessica was the first to start talking, then Jane would say the next sentence and they just kept going back and forth. Damn twin thing, makes my head spin.

"Okay, that is helpful thanks, you two are the best big sisters ever." I said to Jessica and Jane.

"Avia, what do you mean they are the best? Am I chop liver over here?" Raven Alexandria Crescent Moon asked. Raven looks more like our grandma Lisa, our dad's mom, the previous Luna. With long black as night hair that has a tint of blue in it when the sun hits it. Slim, yet she also has our mamma's curves, stands at 5'10, and has perfect golden skin like the rest of us from being outside so much. However, in my opinion, her best future is her eyes, a beautiful mix of our dad's bright blue and mom's emerald green ones.

"No, you are the best big sister to help me become the best warrior that i can be, and get me into trouble with our pranks." I told Raven.

She tilts her head to the side as if she is debating if my answer was good enough for her. "Okay, I'm okay with that," she says after a moment.

I just giggle, and ask her "So what pranks do you have planned for when we get there?"

She smiled at me and was about to start telling me but mom walked up and said "There will be no such thing, Raven don't forget this is your last chance or the Headmaster will kick you out of the school."

"Is he still mad about the cow I put in his office last year?" Raven asked. Everyone else at the table started to laugh while mamma gave her a the look, that says don't push your luck.
