As Alice swung the door, her breath was choking in her throat, and her mind was racing with thoughts. As she stepped foot in the living room, fear evolved as her voice echoed in her ears, “Who is that?” Alice stepped backwards, her feet fixed, and her lips pressed together. “Who's that?” He questioned again; this time his tone was very loud.
