Rose : He said that he has a suprise for me and told me to close my eyes.
As I waited for him I wondered what could be the surprise , the sound of his footsteps effectively shut my thoughts and I was just about to open my eyes when he placed a hand on them.
"Not yet , princess " , he whispered in my ears. At the count of three you will open your eyes .
I nodded and then he counted slowly making me lose my patience . On the count of three I opened them to find a small black box , he opened it revealing the prettiest ring I had ever seen. Carved in platinum , it had a beautiful diamond in the centre which shone in the light , it also had some intricate design which made it look even more prettier.
It's beautiful , I exclaimed and my face lit up with the happiness overwhelming me.
