Sorry I couldn’t make it to your graduation cousin, Waheed uttered with a disappointing face, it’s okay Sani replied, at least you have been keeping in touch with me ever since you came for my thirteenth birthday party she said,” Hi baby, with a kiss on the cheek coming from the background of Waheed side of the phone , how are you doing today my love Waheed asked with a kiss on the young beautiful lady’s forehead . Oh, Sani, this is my girlfriend Laila , Waheed introduced, and my love, this is my favorite cousin Sanisha. Hi sanisha, nice to finally meet you, heard so much about you, Laila stated with a big beautiful smile, Laila and I have been dating since High School and here we are in college still together , Waheed said”, looking at Laila’s face. Laila is a slim, tall , blonde haired beautiful young lady with big brown eyes with her lips shaped like a heart, Laila is from a family of five children which makes her the last and only daughter of her parents, her family adores her and there treated like a queen in her house, her parents are one of the wealthy people in their town, her family owns a five fuel stations with which stations named after their children. Sanisha, with envy and disgust in her eyes stares at her cousin and lover,Sani, Sani, Sanisha are you alright? Weeks passed by and it’s finally time for sani to go to college, she got the same college as her cousin waheed. Oh I am so excited, I can’t believe it’s going to be my first time in the city, she said happily hugging her best friends. Oh we are going to miss you so much sainsha, they said hugging her back with tears on their face. Now enough crying and let finish packing your bags , Auntie Amira said entering the room with juice for the girls. Thanks Mama, Thank you Auntie, the girls said’, taking the juice from the tray.
At the airport, everyone came to see Sanisha off, Oh my little princess, muah,muah ,muah ,Uncle Usha said kissing his daughter’s forehead, I am going to miss you so much my precious angel he said hugging her so tight. Remember what I told you, Auntie Amira said hugging Sanisha, No boys and focus on your school she said, fixing sani’s jacket. Oh Sani, I can’t believe you’re leaving us, Zara said, with tears running down her cheeks, remember we are your only true friends, Kardi said ,hugging her. I am going to miss you all and I promise to make you proud Sanisha said, Now go before you miss your first flight, Uncle Usha said, Don’t forget to call when you get there, Auntie Amira said, hugging her daughter for the last time. Sanisha sat in her seat nervously thinking about how life is going to treat her in the city and how things are going to be new to her. Oh God, please let the city be good to me she said to herself. Is it your first time on a plane the hostess asked Sanisha, ye….yes yes She said nervously with sweaty hands. Oh don’t worry you are going to be fine the hostess said to her.Finally the plane landed safely and she got off to go meet her Auntie Tara and Uncle Zaafir at the arrival exit. Sanisha run to hug them with a big smile. Oh welcome child, Auntie Tara said to her, how was your flight asked Uncle Zaafir , it was great Sanisha answered looking around if she would see her cousin Waheed. Oh you’re looking for brother? Auntie Tara asked. well ,he couldn’t make it cause of his girlfriend’s birthday She said.They helped her put her luggages in the trunk of their car, In the car, Sanisha felt heartbroken , she thought to herself and forgot about taking pictures of the city and sending it to her friends back home. Sanisha are you alright? Aunt Tara asked her. Yes auntie I am fine she answered, just a little hungry she said. Don’t worry love I made you a special dinner but let get home first her auntie said . They finally got home and helped her pack her bags in the house. WOW, Sanisha exclaimed excitedly with her eyes and mouth opened, Auntie, Uncle, is this your house? She asked surprisingly, it’s beautiful she said. yes yes love and it’s your house too love her auntie said to her, Now go wash your hands and come eat before your dinner gets cold. After dinner I will show you your room and on Monday when school resumes you move to your college apartment , her Auntie said to her. So Sani, how is your town and everyone her Uncle asked. It’s okay and everyone is fine Sani Answered, that reminds me I have to call my parents and let them know I am safe.
