Clara halted in her tracks, her gaze fixed on Julia, whose eyes were shadowed and inscrutable. "I remember this place being uninhabited," Clara remarked, causing Julia to stop abruptly ahead. The weather darkened further as Julia slowly turned, her face almost merging with the looming clouds. "If something happens because we delayed the villagers' treatment, Clara, I won't take the blame for you," Julia muttered, pulling at the corner of her lips. Clara stared at her without a word, seemingly pondering whether the situation was real. Sensing Clara's hesitation, Julia felt a pang of impatience but dared not show it openly, afraid of alerting her. "Believe it or not, it's your call. But if something goes wrong, don't blame us."
