DENIS’S POV
Denis lay in bed, his head a buzz of thoughts.
He had told a Himari to lie for him if anyone asked about him in school. By anyone he meant Charlotte. She fussed around him all the time and he really had no idea why.
He had no intentions of facing Himari. That was the particular reason why he had stayed back home, and maybe think of everything that had happened.
Since the previous night, his mind had been in a jumble of thoughts.
He couldn’t help but reminisce about all the things Himari had said.
And with what he had seen, there was absolutely no way she could be lying about it.
He started thinking of the strange things that had been happening to him as a child, and how they never for once seemed to add up.
