My mind immediately flashed back to the vision I had this morning. It shook me to my bones to see Lucas lying down lifeless amidst dead wolves.
I had avoided his questions all morning as he noticed that I looked out of place and I kept zoning out at breakfast. I didn't want to tell him what I saw.
Besides, it was just a vision, right? Anything can happen, I thought to myself.
“He knows how deep the prophecy goes. If you mate with Rose, the daughter of the moon goddess, you could tap into your powers which have remained dormant. The same goes for her too,” she said as she looked at me.
