I stretched my limbs on the bed as I faced the ceiling I had been tossing and turning in my bed and I couldn’t stop smiling. I had mated with Lucas in wolf form, something that wasn’t quite common among wolves. I didn’t understand what drove my wolf to that but I’m glad she did. I guess she wanted to convince our mate that we were okay after our encounter earlier. It gave me some sort of peace and even though I knew Lucas was mine, this night gave me some sort of peace I didn’t know I needed.
