I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding as the warm water hit my skin. I wondered how rogues were able to enter the pack grounds undetected. It was probably because their scents were masked. I remember how surprised Accalia was as she sniffed the air to check for scents but she found none.
The silence in my heart offered no answers as I struggled with the raging thoughts of how and why this happened in the first place.
